MyRWA staff and board have initiated a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to identify qualified consultants to guide and execute a strategic planning process that will significantly update our strategic plan in time for the 50th anniversary of the organization. This strategic planning process must:
Center on equity and justice for the organization, program work and approach;
Articulate the major 3 to 5 “buckets” of work in a manner that is accessible and compelling to the public;
Provide a framework to ensure staff work and major programs align with the strategic plan and priorities; and,
Prioritize programmatic and organizational opportunities for deeper community participation, especially in currently under-represented communities/populations.
MyRWA seeks consultants who demonstrate a strong overall understanding of the structure and purpose of nonprofit organizations, have strong facilitation skills, proven experience with nonprofit strategic planning, and experience in centering equity and justice in strategic planning.
