codes/Access
Main gate code: 512
Lockbox code: 125 | After entering the code, press the silver button to open. When closing the lock, please make sure to scramble the code.
Backup Lockbox: 30648 | After entering the code, pull down on the black tab at the top of the lockbox to open. Use the gold key. You will need to re-enter the code to close the lockbox.
substitutes
If you cannot make your assigned counting slot or would like to claim an open slot, please email “subs@mysticriver.org” with as much notice as possible. Include the date, time, and location in the subject line.
Example:
Subject: Need coverage Monday, April 12th 7AM Mystic Lakes.
supplies
Clickers will be in a supply bin next to the fish ladder. You are welcome to take a clicker to use for the whole season or just borrow one from the bin each shift. Monitors may bring their own polarized sunglasses, timer, and cushion or borrow from the shared materials stored at the dam. It is recommended to bring a smart phone so you can fill out the online data sheet right after your count (a QR code will be on site for you to scan to access the data sheet).

monitoring with a partner (adult or youth)
Are you monitoring with a partner? Are you a parent or guardian monitoring with a minor (12 years or older)? Complete a MyRWA waiver for each partner/minor participating.
Training

safety
No additional adults behind main gate. No one outside your household may attend with you. Partners may only participate with signed waiver and training.
Sit or lie down
Do not lean on or move the chain.
Do not try to remove debris from the fish ladder.
Do not adjust or make changes to any part of the dam including the gate, grates or any other dam property.
