Horn Pond Fish Passage Groundbreaking
The Horn Pond Fish Passage will break ground on Wednesday, August 19th from 4pm - 5pm. After decades of advocacy, 14 years of volunteer herring monitoring, and two fish passages downstream, our watershed will finally see herring have access to much of their ancestral freshwater breeding habitat.
We invite you to join us and the City of Woburn for a Groundbreaking Ceremony to celebrate the start of construction on this important milestone for river herring.
