Join us for an indoor MOBILITY class at Patagonia cambridge

Gear up for the Mystic River Watershed Association’s 30th annual Herring Run and Paddle! Whether you’re chasing a PR for the 5K, stacking easy miles, or just trying to keep your hips, ankles, and back from feeling like concrete, THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU. Join Patagonia, Mystic River Watershed Association, and Wellness Blueprint for an all-levels mobility class designed specifically for runners. We’ll use bands, bodyweight, and targeted mobility drills to help you improve range of motion, build stability, and keep common running injuries at bay.

In this Move with Purpose event, connect your training to something bigger. Learn about local environmental efforts, meet like-minded neighbors, and support your community in the process.

Bring your mat and a friend. There will be coffee after :)

The Harvard Square T stop (Red line), as well as the 1, 66, 71, 73, 74, 75, 77, 78, 96, and 109 buses have stops close to Patagonia Cambridge. It’s recommended to take public transportation.
