Join MyRWA and Save Mass Wildlife at the MyRWA office for wine, cider, light appetizers, and lively conversation about how we can co-exist more harmoniously with our wildlife! We are hosting this reception to celebrate the newly established nonprofit, the Save Massachusetts Wildlife Education Fund, or Save Mass Wildlife (SaveMassWildlife.org), which focuses on raising awareness about rodenticides. This event will be focused on the "In Our Own Backyard" art exhibit next door at the Arlington Center for the Arts, where 100% of the proceeds at all art sold from the exhibit will go to benefit Save Mass Wildlife and fund its advocacy work around rodenticides. At around 7:30pm we will proceed to the ACA for a brief tour of the exhibit followed by closing comments.
This will be a vegetarian and low waste event that does not use single use disposable plastics! Food will be served on compostable plates with silverware and beverages will be those that come in either glass bottles or aluminum cans. We will have reusable cups for drinks courtesy of Zero Waste Arlington (though feel free to bring your own reusable cup!). Some vegan and gluten free snacks will be available!
