Join us and Friends of the Mystic River for this land-based stewardship activity at Riverbend Park. We will be tackling bittersweet, an invasive vine that can kill trees, impairs habitat value, and degrades park aesthetics.
We will meet next to the Medford Dog Park.
Gloves and clippers will be provided (but you are welcome to use your own if you prefer!) Please bring sunscreen and water and wear closed-toe shoes.
Event will happen rain or shine, but we will cancel in case of extreme heat, heavy rain, snow, and/or thunder.
*Pre-registration required. This event will have a 20 person capacity--so please only register if you will make it that day.
