In collaboration with the Stone Living Lab and UMass Boston, we are seeking volunteer community scientists of all ages to help us gather information and explore new research ideas in intertidal zones around Boston Harbor. You will be trained to identify key intertidal species and examine temperature patterns at each site. Sites in the Mystic River watershed include the Living Shoreline near the Encore casino in Everett and potentially Draw Seven park in Somerville.

All participants must attend a virtual volunteer orientation meeting on Thursday, March 10th at 6:30 PM. Please email communityscience@stonelivinglab.org if you would like to join this training.
