We are looking to build stormwater wetlands in Lexington, Reading, and Woburn!
Proposed sites: Town of Lexington, Maple St. (behind Harrington School), City of Woburn, 75 Bedford Road (former Hurld School), and Town of Reading, Maillet, Sommes, & Morgan Land.
Lexington, Woburn and Reading are all part of the Resilient Mystic Collaborative, a group of towns and cities in the Mystic watershed (the area that drains into the Mystic River) that work collaboratively towards preparing for climate-intensified risks -- including increased and more severe flooding.
