Mary Ellen Welch Community Greenway + Future Winthrop Greenway
Join us on Monday, December 7th at 6:30 for the Greenway Extension Community Meeting: Mary Ellen Welch Greenway and Future Winthrop Greenway.
Over the past four months of this Feasibility Study process, we have heard from 600 East Boston and Winthrop residents about what they would like to see in a Greenway that connects the two communities. We released a community survey this summer, and we had a multi-site open house in October.
At the December 7th community meeting, we will discuss the route options, the feasibility of the preferred route, and the next steps.
