Help remove an invasive plant from the Mystic River! Volunteers will head out in canoes to hand-pull water chestnut from the river.

MyRWA will provide the canoes, paddles, life jackets, and gloves. Be sure to wear sunscreen, clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, and shoes that will get wet!

*Note you must be 6 years or older to participate. Youth aged 6-11 may participate under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian. Youth aged 12-17 may participate without a parent or guardian present at the event but waivers must be signed by a parent or guardian beforehand.

Event capacity is 32 people--so please only register if you will make it that day.

Location: Mystic River across from the Whole Foods in Medford (2151 Mystic Valley Pkwy, Medford, MA 02155). Parking is on street.
