Interested in spreading the word about the Mystic—all the great places for outdoor recreation, and how to get involved with local environmental work? Join us at the Mystic Ambassadors first ever meetup to get to know other volunteers and explore new parks and paths . We’re starting a project to map the signage on various greenways, so this meetup will include project instructions and practice. Breakfast items provided—bring your own coffee!

We will walk through Gateway Park, try out the new underpass under Revere Beach Parkway, walk past Nigh Shift and Teddie PB, and onto the Northern Strand trail back to Gateway. If there is time, we will peruse the Harborwalk at Encore Boston Harbor.

Parking: There are designated parking spots on the west side of the Costco parking lot.

Public Transit: Take the 97 bus from Wellington Station (orange line)

Other: This will be a walking meetup. Please bring a smartphone--mapping platform will be sent in advance. And, bring your coffee or tea; we'll supply breakfast items of some sort! Feel free to invite friends.
