THE MYSTIC UNSEEN

Over the fall 2010 semester four students from Emerson College undertook a project to make a documentary film about the Mystic River Watershed as part of the Documentary for Social Action course. These students worked with MyRWA staff and volunteers to develop a beautiful and professional 10 minute film about Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSOs) in the Mystic. MyRWA would like to thank Sarah Ginsburg, Julie Hook, Chris Bianrosa and Kelly Wessel for their hard work throughout this project. Watch The Mystic Unseen today!

CHRONICLE HD FEATURES THE MYSTIC

Watch Chronicle HD's: Into the Mystic, A Revitalization of a River program from July 2009.

"It's been a garbage dump, the title of a gritty Dennis Lehane book and Clint Eastwood movie, and a running joke. The Mystic River – it gets no respect. But the tide may be turning for this long abused waterway. In fact, to some newcomers, their part of the river feels like the North Country, or even … wait for it … Amsterdam. Tonight, Anthony Everett discovers that there's much more to the Mystic than what can be seen from the Tobin Bridge." - Chronicle HD

RIVER NETWORK

Watch Rivers Unite Us: A Multi-Cultural Perspective from The River Network's 2010 National River Rally. This seven-minute video features a wide range of cultural perspectives from Rally participants on why rivers matter to them and their communities.
