SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS (SEP)

The Mystic River Watershed Association (MyRWA) works to improve environmental conditions for the nearly one half million residents within the 22 community Mystic River Watershed. MyRWA has assembled a list of projects that may fulfill needs by corporations, institutions or community organizations required to or wish to fund projects to restore the environmental condition of the Mystic River Watershed. These projects may serve very well as SEP projects for State or Federal environmental regulations. There are two ways to submit projects to this library. Please see the instruction page first to help assist in this process. For any questions regarding SEP's or if you are requesting the contact information for the projects below, please email us at: SEP@MysticRiver.org.

WHAT IS A SEP?

Supplemental Environmental Projects (SEPs), are environmentally beneficial projects that a violator voluntarily agrees to undertake in settlement of an enforcement action, but which the respondent is not otherwise legally required to perform. There are two options to submit your SEP Library Application.
